- The guest are obligated to maintain peace and decorum. During your stay you can use appliances within the suite.
- Guests will be informed of all the objects and inventories in the suite and guests are obligated to use all the above with care. In case of damage or disappearance of certain objects or appliances the guest must immediately inform the care taker of the suite and pay the value of damaged or disappeared goods.
- The owner of suites, reserves the right, in special case of emergency, to enter the villa when necessary, although the guest are not in suite at that moment.
- Persons who are not checked in or registered as guests of the villa are not allowed to stay overnight.
- It is forbidden to bring illegal weapons, substances or any other dangerous stuffs inside the suite.
- We would be grateful if you would turn off the air conditioner when you leave the villa.
- Guests are responsible for his /her personal belongings and valuables.
- During the stay, host will provide all the required information.
- During the stay, guests are requested to keep the accommodation clean and tidy. It is desirable to leave the villa as it was on arrival.
- We appreciate you respect security warnings exposed at the swimming pool.
- It is strictly prohibited to leave the pets inside the house.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house. It is not allowed to light fire out in determined places.
- We kindly request guests to take care of greenery, rented units, furniture and equipment that are part of interior and exterior of the villa.

- Age below 18 individually not allowed.
- Drinking allowed at once own responsibility, no facility will be provided by our staff/ caretaker.
Check in will be at 11.00am and checkout next day 11.00 am ( 24 hrs )
